To edit this page simply login to the control panel, click the Website Content tab and choose the View Web Pages option. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
You may only return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for exchange or credit if we have sent wrong item or it is defective . we also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Other wise all return shipping will be paid by the buyer
items to be packed and shipped back in boxes they arrived in , we will not cover damage if you don't pack and protect the items for return
Please note Browbands and canes take time to make and are custom orders , If you have ordered wrong size or colour the fee to replace and have a remake is $25 per Browband or cane and you must cover all shipping ,
no exchange refunds or credits for selecting wrong size or wrong colour choice unless the $25 remake fee and shipping fees are paid
